At Goodlabs, we’re passionate about making data handling and reporting simple and meaningful for organisations that drive social change - typically charities and CICs. Our CRM product, Cimplify, which launched in January 2023, is a testament to this commitment.

In a nutshell, Cimplify is designed to bring powerful CRM functionality to small to medium-sized nonprofits, streamlining day-to-day service delivery across multiple programmes. FAQs for Prospective Cimplify Referral Partners

1. I’ve never referred a CRM product before—how will I know what to say to my clients?

We provide an onboarding process whereby you’ll receive an introduction to Cimplify, its key benefits, and the types of organisations that would benefit from it. You’ll also get access to marketing materials and FAQs to help you confidently introduce it to potential clients.

2. How do I know if a charity is a good fit for Cimplify?

Cimplify is designed for small to medium-sized charities and social enterprises that need a CRM built with impact reporting at its core. The best prospects are organisations currently using spreadsheets, outdated software, or struggling with CRM systems that aren’t suited to their needs. If a charity has expressed frustration with their current system or is actively looking for a new one, they’re likely a strong candidate.

3. Can I refer an organisation I don’t have an existing relationship with?

Yes, as long as you have reason to believe they are actively considering a new CRM. Cold referrals without prior engagement are unlikely to result in successful rewards. We recommend having a detailed conversation with the charity first to confirm their interest before giving them your referrer code.

4. Will I need to be involved beyond giving my referrer code?

No. Your role is simply to provide your referrer code to charities that you believe would benefit from Cimplify. Once they complete the enquiry form using your code, our team will handle everything else, including the demo, sales process, and onboarding. However, you are welcome to sit in on the demo if you wish to, and/or to follow up with the organisation afterwards to ask how it went.

5. What happens if two partners refer the same organisation?

In the unlikely event that two different employees from an organisation both submit a demo enquiry, using different partner codes, the first valid code submitted will be honoured.

6. How do you account for a demo vs a sale?

The reward process begins when an organisation submits an the enquiry form at http://www.goodlabs.uk/cimplify-referral using your unique referrer code, and then goes on to complete a live demo. Should the organisation go on to make a commitment to purchase (within 90 days of the demo) then the second higher referral reward milestone will be achieved.

7. Is there a cost to join the referral scheme?

No, the scheme is free to join. All we require is that you complete the short onboarding process to ensure you understand Cimplify and can introduce it effectively.

8. Can I refer multiple organisations?

Absolutely! There’s no limit to the number of referrals you can make, provided each charity meets the eligibility criteria and uses your referrer code when completing the enquiry form.

9. What referral rates do you offer?

Referral payment details are commercially sensitive, so we will discuss them with you individually as part of the follow-up once we have received your Expression of Interest.

10. How long will the referral scheme last?

We are inviting partners to join us for an initial 12-month agreement, but our aim is to build successful long-term partnerships that continue well beyond this period.
